Ashes of Al'ar in Frostwolf

Ashes of Al'ar is available in Neltharion Vote Shop in Marketplace , so why isn't it available in Frostwolf? I had this mount before the data reset on Frostwolf , it would be unfair to leave no possibility of getting Ashes of Al'ar :(

Also i want to confirm if Raven Lord drop rate is actually possible before i go hunting for it in Sethekk Halls.

Yep it's possible on Frostwolf.
I have 2x guildmates who got it after 1-2 runs.

I myself have been trying, but no luck so far.

I think they lie about old raid condition to us. Some raids are working fine but seems on older expansion they just turned off with lie "Not working"

Yes i know , but i checked it a week ago and it wasn't working " This instances isn't Scripted"
