Just add this after /cast, [@focus]
But I suggest making like this
/cast [@mouseover, exists] x spell
/cast [@focus, nodead] x spell
/cast x spell
So you can spare some binds.
I have 2 buttons binded for pummel:
shift + 3 is
#showtooltip Pummel
/cast [equipped:Shields, stance:1/2, target=focus] Shield Bash; [noequipped:Shields, stance:1/2, target=focus] Berserker Stance; [stance: 3, target=focus] Pummel
and 3 is just
#showtooltip Pummel
/cast [equipped: Shields, stance:1 /2] Shield Bash; [noequipped: Shields, stance: 1/2] Berserker Stance; [stance: 3] Pummel
THerefore with 2 binds wasted on pummel I managed to make an interrupt that checks your current weapon setup and does pummel/shield bash accordingly. Best I can help :D
i personally use 2 modifier macros for kicks. 1 for pummel and another one for shield bash
