Question about WoD models and gearing in WOTLK

First question. Does the WoD models 3.3.5 WoW run any different than the unmodified 3.3.5 models?
What about with 15 accounts running at once? (lol). What are you guys running with?

Second question, how are you WOTLK server guys getting geared? Are you breaking your teams into x5 and starting with instances?
Do you jump straight into pvp with quest reward green/blues or rep grind all of your groups into decent gear?

I've seen enough posts about weird bugs with the WoD models version that I wouldn't risk it. I'm running the standard models.

My 10man team can be configured as two 5mans with a healer and tank for each, and I plan to gear up that way along with crafted/BOE gear as usual.
