Gearing self help video

Hey guys, I also posted this under the guides/tutorials but since it is also a community creation I am posting it here as well- especially since I am more likely to get helpful critique in this section than in the guides section of the forums. Please let me know what you all think- this is part one of a two part series that is designed to get you to RDF hc as a fresh 80 (The second video released next week will be for getting from RDF hc to ICC)
