http://calculators.iradei.eu/talents...01000000000000 this spec is the best for cat dps and tanking. Also viable in pvp, even tho 3/3 in stun/fear reduction is needed for a perfect pvp spec.
I agree on rahcon build althoug nurturing instict and improved bash are situational and debatable.
For example I use those three points in feral aggression.
