Are you using your username and not your e-mail?
You can see in his screenshot he's using an e-mail as a Username. Not to mention it's not even a gmail e-mail.

So I am using my email and password associated with my account and I have verified my account but it doesn't want to install the patch Idk what to do.
Please help if possible.
