OFF Hand Item Going into Bag

Anyone facing issue with Off - Hand Item automatically going into the Bag ? Few of the guild members also faced that issue today .

last night I had the same issue.

Did it happen to you when u que for BG or arenas

Yes I think it would happen when I would leave a bg maybe idk for sure.

Happened to me as well, seemed like whenever leaving a BG / RDF group. annoying.

Happened to me aswell. It started with my wand, then it switched to my Off Hand.
