Need Help with some normal not-bugged quest! PLS!

My questchain at scholozar basin ist completly bugged.. i cant start the quest with the oracles and there are no quest shown at the frenzy tribe anymore, could complete 1 quest and (my bad) abadoned the quest "just following orders" now i can restart them. my plan wa it the be good with oracles for the proto-whelp. can the quest be checkd on my account or something like that? want the be exalted with oracles asap. did all quest shown by carbonite and cant start a new one

i did now all makeable quest in scholoztar basin except the taste quest and the rennesaice fly. i still cant accept any new quest in frenzy tribe or at oracles
