I had a elixir of ancient knowledge on and had 34mins left on it and got hit by a mob and it knocked me through the map and I died and lost it and I have screenshots of it for proof

That is just unlucky i guess.. The elixir is supposed to be a one use removed on death item, could the mob be a yaungol? Anyhow, help is unavailable
Yes this happened to me as well in The Cape of Stranglethorn on my level 33 shaman. It really is just unlucky, but there's not much the GMs can do about it. The only thing that can really be done in this situation is to submit a bug report of the NPC that caused you to fall through the map and then ask your friends/guildmates to vote it up so that it can be fixed in the future.
Again, sorry this happened to you. I know what a pain farming the potion can be.
