Legacy and ace doesn't have it.

I think I know what add-on you're talking about however I cannot remember the name for the life of me. I don't think they've it for the legacy versions of WoW, you're either gonna have to reverse-version it yourself or wait for someone to do it which is highly unlikely.
MSBT warns when close to oom, i guess this is what u want...
