Why pvp off in all zones??

WTF why pvp flag is off in all zones over the map? is a bug or is it seriuous?

Idk if its a bug, but I literally joined this realm to enjoy the hardcore pve and pvp but it seems u cannot do it anymore... sadly, i used to enjoy the server and the world pvp the most!

I find the hardcore roleplay even more intense! Maybe it's an April Fools joke?
