It kinda depends on what weapon(s) you have (available)? As for which one does more dps, frost will outdps unholy on single target on more or less any GS, while unholy will do better in AoE situations and fights with a lot of movement. Frost brings benefits to melee, unholy to caster dps in raids. In the end, it really doesn't matter much, I'd say go with the one you have most fun with. :)
