I know i finished this quest on my old lvl 10 twink before the wipe, recently i made new lvl 10 twink and tried making this quest but cant take it anymore, required lvl in vanila is 17 and in wotlk+ 9,so i should be able to take it, is this a bug or i need more reputation maybe,or some sort of quest chain is going on? I can take it tho with my lvl 80,and i didnt do any quests in loch modan with him. If any1 knows any info is appreciated.
