New Shaman Player

Is first time when i play shaman, and i started on alliance (first time playing on alliance side ever)
I want to play it as Elemental, for lvling, pve at 80 and pvp, all as elemental, do you guys have any advices with it?
Are there PVE gulids on alliance? Anyone here willing to help me? or someone who want to trade 300 gold from alliance and i pay on horde?

Personally elemental is pretty okay imo, in terms of lvling or pve in general. Of course don't expect to top the dps charts. Pvp is pretty bursty with big numbers however if you don't have anything for los-ing, you are pretty much dead meat. Other than that, pretty okay spec.
