I managed to complete both mount hyjal and black temple attunement quest lines and gotten Hand of A`dal achievement. The problem title wihch is rewarded for getting it wasn`t given. What should i do?

from what https://www.wowhead.com/title=64/hand-of-adal#comments says the title was only obtainable on wotlk if you had the quests done before the 3.0.2 patch. seeing as how warmanes servers started at 3.3.5 you likely don't get the title.
your best bet would be making an ingame ticket and asking about it.
It used to be obtainable on the old core years ago, if you have a quest from then, then you should get it. Have you actually checked your title drop down box? becasue mine looks like this https://imgur.com/a/oY7suiI
Interesting BUT I have seen multiples on Icecrown with this title... so how did they get it cause you cant buy titles... ;DQuote:

You shouldn't even be able to start the quest line in 3.3.5. So no more further Hand of A'dals, unless they change it to be possible, but that wouldn't be blizzlike.Quote:

I`ve taken quest needed for this achievement back in 2016 summer, before warmane dropped lordearon core on icecrown. After they dropped it i`ve taken a break from wow cause of irl issues. I came back in 2018 september and noticed that i still had the right id quest, ive only completed quest lines pretty recently.
And now on warmane quest needed for this achievement is disabled and ONLY people that have it from those old days can get it.
