I've just recently gotten into arena and I was thankful to notice that queues are only with other Frostmourne players right now. Will this be opening up to all servers once the final patch is released for Frostmourne, or will we have to wait until the server is merged with Icecrown to be "thrown into the deep end" so to speak?
no, you will never face icecrown-lordaeron-blackrock* players in arena
* you can face only blackrock characters with "seasonal mode", which progress in sync with Frostmorune.
Btw around 14-April this realm will be resetted back to naxx patch. You will have the chance to move your characters to "Icecrown" to keep playing with them.
