Which server should i choose?

Hi guys! Im Nach, im new on Warmane Wow. Im playing in the official server but i was looking for a good server with Burning Cruzade or Wrath of the Lich King expansion. I dont know in what server shouid i play. Im between Outland (BC) or Lordaeron ( wotlk). I checked Icecrow too but i dont like the X7 rates. Which server is better for you? Im usually prefer the blizzlike servers but i like more the Burning Cruzade expansion but its rates are X5, so im a little frustated :S. How is the levelling in Outland sv? Its too easy reach the lvl 70 right?
