I just got rob by a scammer call Notificatian.
Searching on web I discovered that you can send c.o.d mails to another players and there is who use this to confuse you..
Could staff do something?
-I dont think so.. I read the terms of conduct and they can ban for some time, but thats it.

You just learned the hard way that you have to read, is not like he scammed you. And no, no one can do or will do anything because is not staff responsability to give back gold lost. RIP 2000 gold
Depending on text of the mail, it can be considered scamming and/or staff impersonation and can be reported to get the player banned. But lost gold will not be returned to you.
If I were you, I would be embarrassed to ask for help here or to say anything against that guy. Read, read everything.
