When I Start WoW and accept use agreements the login screen does not appear although when I hit enter i can hear the login sound? can anyone help me figure out this problem
How are you starting your client? Try starting it through windowed mode and see if that helps or makes a difference.
You can change it to windowed mode through the files... Instructions below:
Go in to your World of Warcraft directory and enter the WTF folder. Open the config.wtf file with Notepad and look for the line:
SET gxWindow "0"
Change the 0 to a 1 so it looks like this:
SET gxWindow "1"
Then save the file and start up the game. It should now be in Windowed mode.
