Likely 1pm server time if the last round is anything to go by.

Was recently announced to be 16:00 (4 pm) server time
What time zone is he server in? It's 4pm server same time in EU? I don't have access to the game just now so can't check
just take a gander at the bottom of this page, it tells you what time it is they are using as its the same for ingame.
