As the title suggest, is it possible to gain 310% flight form in wotlk?
Yeah, but need to get an actual 310% flying mount (not one that scales up to 310%). Once you do that then all the scaling mounts, swift flight form included, will go up.
Thing is, I have several 310% mounts, and its not scaled up yet. Is there some sort of quest or something I gotta do for it?
I just looked into it because I rarely play my druid, it appears bugged but the bug tracker has comments saying it's purely visual.

Does Headless Horseman's mount also scale to 310% if you have another 310% mount in the collection?
Yeah Headless Horseman's mount should scale to 310% also

Yea, soon as you get 310% mount your form is 310% as well, even it say its 280%. Tested it several times..
