3+ Friends LF Casual Raiding Guild

A group of us IRL friends have all been levelling characters on Lord now and are almost 80. We have all played WOTLK and raided ICC 25 HC multiple times over. We are looking for a guild that raids but isn't super strict such as show up every single time or leave type deal. Two of us work a 3 on, 2 of, 2 on, 3 off schedule that makes every other week different. We are available after 7 p.m. EST. If there aren't any raiding guilds that can accomodate us, we would also be interested in a social guild. Preferably one that uses Discord and is active.
