Hi, I'm having a pretty unique issue with my game. Whenever I play on a different account, I tend to lag out on that account within the first few seconds. I am not having this issue with my main account at all, and I am pretty confused. I have tried deleting the cache, I have tried redownloading WoW 2 times but still there is nothing has worked. Please help. Thanks :)

did the whole chmod777 drag the warcraft file in press enter which seem to just about work until it came up with and error "unable to open DBFfilesclient\startup_strings.dbc(unknown):0" if anyone could help that would be great. this is for lich king, i did do cats few years ago which worked and still works but I'm getting this error

Edit: ok, I succesfully changed the permissions... now when I try to open the app it tells me "failed to open interface.mpq".. aghhhh....... anyone found a solution to this problem?

What does "from here" mean? Does it mean i have to drag the folder "wotlk" to applications or just the file in it? FROM HERE TO WHERE?! It is not very well explained
So I'm having a problem where Warcraft won't open because it can't open "Common.mpq", any idea on how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

Okay, so I downloaded the WotLK (old) from the site onto my Mac, now I'm using my same Mac from 2007 That I used to play on and it's a OSX 10.6.8
I try to launch the game and nothing happens, no error message or nothin' :(

Hi, I am currently running Mac Sierra. Can I play on the wotlk server? Cause when I downloaded the client it just wont allow me to open wow.
I was having the same problem most people have mentioned here. I put the entire wow folder into the applications folder and deleted both the ''launcher'' and wow app file to trash and replaced with the above link. WORKS PERFECTLY NOW. THANKS !

I have the same issue as the first one mentioned in this post : When I try to open WoW it says "WoW can't be opened", I tried what was explained in the post but none of it worked, would someone have a solution for me ?
