Outland Twinks Yall?

So is Outland comepletely dead, or do twinks still exists, if so which faction and what bracket.

I would also like to know this, going to make a 39 human rogue eventually.

I was a part of that 19 scene, and never again, it was so unbelievably toxic. Im looking for brackets 39 and above tbh. Currently working on my 60

there are also 3x Level 29 rogue twinks on ally side active in stv :)
