I need help with resto druid mouse over marcos plz

Can someone give me correct macros for a resto druid

For example I'm using mouse over macros such as...

#showtooltip Nourish
/Cast [target=mouseover,help] Nourish

But the thing is my it wont self heal me even if i don't have a mouse over target

Is there a way to correct this so that it heals me ASAP whenever I'm not hovering over a mouse over target on my frames?

can't check at the moment, but i think this should work

/cast [target=noexists, @player] Nourish

This casts on a friendly mouseover target if they aren't dead, otherwise your target if they're friendly and aren't dead, and if all else fails then it casts on you.

Feel like trying it out maybe?
It's supposed to work.
But I don't see why you'd need that. If you're not mousing over something you probably missed with the pointer, you'll get accidental casts on yourself/target and waste GCDs, rather get the "You have no target" error than waste a GCD refreshing rejuv/casting regrowth on yourself, or even wasting 5 hots from wg if you're far away.
