I heard 60 twink is a little active on Icecrown but that's about it. every bracket is active on Lordaeron. so if u wanna twink come here
60 twinking is very active on icecrown ally side.

We just did BWL last week with 12 60's and we do BG's/wPVP
Seems rather dead except those who gank lowbies in wpvp
Ganking in Hellfire is one of the only things to do at 60 once you're geared. Only other things are working on Cenarius/Seeker/Exalted/Insane titles, which a few of us are/have.
Don't like it? Move on to Zangarmarsh and skip Hellfire completely. Can do 28/54 quests in Zangar at 60, so guaranteed you can level as well.
There's enough salt in the forums.
As far as the guild being active; for the last week we've had 4-8 twinks logged on all day doing various things, not only wPVP. Some days more, but on average about that number. Also, the guild is growing daily with 40+ members in 1st week and randoms still coming. This week we've added 3 levelers on their way to 60.
We have raids scheduled for this week as well, same as we did last week and the week before. We also arranged about 10 WSG this last week, 5-6 of which was filled with horde twinks and it was very competitive.
60 isn't dead, we're just not all in Hellfire.
There are two main 39 guilds which are District Thirtynine which is alliance, and Almost An Epic Mount which is horde, we're mostly inactive for the time being and will be much more active come when cross realm battlegrounds between Icecrown and Lordaeron happen. You should look into playing a 19 twink, probably the most active bracket on 'Icecrown' at this point of time.
Why not give it a go? You won't regret it!
