Technical Banned, dunno why!

Hello,

First of all, i tried to open a ticket from various browsers, but it doesn't let me choose ban reason. And i can't send the ticket due to that. That's why i'm writing over here.

I happened to play on WoTLK server a while ago

I really enjoyed it. just leveled one character to 85 and stopped playing.

Right now i want to play MoP on your server but when i came back i found out my account has been banned. I'm a full-time working man and can barely play. I didn't even talk to anyone in-game. I want to know the reason behind - and remove the ban if possible.
