I donated 50 Euros and recieved nothing back. It's been 13 hours so far...

I would like to get my coins. The web site says wait for 30 mins, it has been over 13 hours. The money has already been pulled from my checking account 13 hours ago. So, do I need to contact my bank and tell them to get my money back?
(And it's not as if I can simply make a ticket and report this, the only ticket available is for being banned. Not for any type of support except that. Love the game, do not love this situation.) So, Can I get some help please? Thank you much
