Will emotes be throttled the same way all other messages are? Some players of questionable intelligence use macros to fill several pages of all chat windows in the vicinity of them using emotes.
All I can see in the bug tracker is https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/1466, but as is custom it was closed without any explanation at all.
