Hello there
Im here to ask about something that i had in game it seems that while im using Constellus i have 40.50% crit rate and when i use Quel'Delar, Lens of the Mind i have 28.45% crit rate even tho Quel'Delar gives more crit and the only stat that Constellus gives more than Quel'Delar is 24 MP5 (5mana per second) so what's the reason for the huge crit reduce?
