As of yesterday I'm experiencing frequent disconnects and sometimes stuck on connecting on the Outland server
I asked around and it seems some other users have been experiencing this as well, sporadically, it can be there one day then gone the next.
I am player on another private server as well and I am not experiencing any issues there, so it's safe to say it's something on your end.
