If you want to have a discussion, you should make at least a point. What is your reference? TBC / Wrath / Cata? PvE / PvP? Raid / dungeons? Personal DPS or raid contribution?
He refer 99% to Outland TBC where Ele sham are totaly underdog PVP wise, of course they are funny, great with a team supporting them, but if you are not very good and very geared most of the clases will own your in 1v1.
Generally speaking with the arrival of endgame haste gear situation improve a lot, but surely not enough to beat a rogue or a lock (lol)
