Greetings everyone, I am looking for a BiS list for Herald of the Titans specificaly for Frost DK DPS but I can't seem to be able to find one out there... So my request, can someone make one if it's not too much to ask please I would very much appreciate your effort and I would like to know which is more optimal spec variation of Frost for Ulduar era in BiS Herald gear. Thank you in advance.
