When will coin store be added?

As the title reads, when will coin store be added?

when alot more people get Naxx gear, refer to the season 2 post - it states when a majority acquire the gear, they'll add the gear ONLY THEN to the marketplace

What about tabards, mounts, transmog and dungeon gear?

They'll never give you an update. They'll update the store whenever they feel like it.
