I've been having this problem where my frames drop from 30 to 1. I've not encountered this problem before on the Wotlk servers.
Does anyone have the same problem or have the slightest idea to fix it? Thanks in advance!

my gf and I both get this, only on the TBC realm. it randomly pops in and out. not too often but it happens some.
Questhelper addon causes dramatic fps drops in certain events and quests.
For example the warrior level 30 quest for berserker stance, The Affray, had my fps drop to 1 with Questhelper enabled.
If you have Questhelper enabled, try disabling it (or possibly all addons to troubleshoot).
