Now since the SoO HC has been scripted i think it's time for the legendary cloak to be scripted as well soo people that are serious can get BiS ,but please PLEASE don't put it into the store(Coins/Points).
I know that the legendary cloak will become a requirement for raiding and that's not a problem for me since everyone would have at some point its not that hard to get it anyway.
