Hi, I have a question about a Headless Horseman. On Lordaeron dungeon search disabled and we can not get "Loot-Filled Pumpkin". How to get "The Horseman's Reins" from this bag???

You get it as a regular drop, but the drops are bugged right now (it was perfectly fine last year), i've got 4/5 times no loot at all and one ring.
