No, there's no official Warmane Discord. Only the unofficial one that was mention on post above.

Yeah maybe someone can create an Icecrown channel in the future.

There are some good discord channels on Icecrown server both for PvP and PvE with plenty of people who look for better quality pugs if that's what you're looking for.
