<Space Cadets> is a semi - hardcore 25 man horde raiding guild on the Outland PVP server. Most of our members used to or are currently playing on other TBC projects and private servers so we have a vast amount of prior raiding experience. We all play the game because we find raiding fun and it makes the time we spend together even better when you can actually enjoy the people you raid with. However, we're still very competitive and we all want to clear content for each patch that comes out.

Loot:
Space Cadets uses the "loot council" distribution system. Our Loot Council is composed of our Officers whom are long-term members that have proven to be extremely knowledgeable, unbiased, and objective decision-makers. We use the following factors when distributing loot:
Attendance (Being on-time plays a key role)
Preparation (Attending raids with enchants, consumables, and raid knowledge)
Performance (How well you are doing relative to your class and gear level)
Raid Benefit (How will this reward benefit the guild/raid group as a whole)
Membership Status (Are you a Trial or Full Member)
Last Loot (Item History in comparison to others interested)
As a community, we always strive for continuous improvement. If you are interested in joining you must be able to accept criticism constructively. Its not all serious business though, our guild members love to joke around so a good sense of humor is a must.
