Cast bar on non targeted enemys

There is any working addon what shows enemys casts on their nameplates without targeting them?

there is this addon https://github.com/wotlk-addons/Overhead but it use blizzard "cast bar" frame and it works only in Arena and maybe on "focus" target

(even tho I do not understand why it is allowed since, in my opinion, gives an unfair adventage since most players use the "standard" client)

im sure its not allowed, since i made a post with just the nameplates patch and it got removed in a week.

I'm trying SOOOOO hard to get ALL enemy castbars to show up on nameplates, ive searched for days and "overhead" the addon is all i can find but cant seem to get it to work... do you have any suggestions?

This is impossible without modifying the client.
