Suggestions for private forum

Hi guys,

I would ask for any help to create a private forum for my bussines.
It will be a forum to share info with authorirzed eletronic service centers.
So it need to be private, I mean only registered members can access and post.
New posts have to be approved by staff first.
And would be nice it could be free as well. (:

I know threre a lot of free options online with 0 host cost, but I was wondering if you could help me to find with the best one with those requirements.

Well with 0 cost try to get phpBB forums.. Easy to set up at least and planty of free templates around.
