[ANSWERED]Scripting/hacking ?

my account is banned for Scripting/hacking i never use anything, i do ban appeal to understand the accusations but an admin answered me "This account was found to be quite clearly utilizing illegal scripts, unlockers or third-party cheating software in the past month. There are simply no false positives in this instance.
Due to the nature of this infraction, we have decided that it's not within the communities best interest to lift the ban placed on this account at this time."
I just want to know what I did and that you consider it banned because I never use legal or illegal scripts, unlockers or third-party cheating software
If I use legal or illegal scripts, unlockers or third-party cheating software, I must surely benefit from the advantages ? you can tell me about these benefits, so we can at least understand each other
