Greeting! Looking for Raiders

Hello everyone, I know it is hard to get gear to be able to get in to ICC and TOGC and everyone want these super geared players who are in good guild to carry them. Well I would like to Start hosting Weekly Raids to in some of the Less gear dependent raids for Badges like Naxx, OS, Ulduar and other so that we can all catch up and be able to jump into the Raids we know we can do. All i am looking for is someone who wants to help lead these raids with me, can explain the fights with me to those who are new so we can all get loot together. Let me know what you think.
