Whenever i try to log on my in-game account, it shows that i'm banned, but on the site, it says that my account is in good standing.
Why does it happen? Does it have something to do with the fact that i tried to login under a VPN service?

Yes, as most free VPN's we're used to break the rules in one way or the other, they are under an ip ban.
