I keep reading that dk is op as frost but i wanna play a tank, i remember how fun it was during cata but how is it in mop, is it broken or viable to play.

DK is viable as a tank yes, but they are not the strongest of tanks and are often overlooked for BM Monks or Prot Warriors in MOP.
