the glyph increase the healing by 10%. (it does NOT add 10% of your health to the effect)
Rune Tap base healing: Your Total HP*0,1 = 2827
Lets add "Improved Rune tap bonus": 2827 * 2 = 5654
Lets add Glyph bonus: 5654 * 1,1 = 6219

with improved+glyph idk if it's
base + (base x 1.1) = 21% of max hp
(base + (base x 1)) x 1.1 = 22% of max hp
You can get close to 30% with Vampiric Blood on, maybe that's what you remember?
