VIP status features - Gear

Hello! I am a returning player from the old Arena Tournament days.

I can remember, that you were able to get the full S8 gear for all characters in case you spent money for having the VIP status.

Is this, or something similar still possible at the moment? Is it possible to get S8 with money?
