Fresh guild, Frest start, Fresh year, what can go wrong?
First off gonna need core group and progress content
Raids will be held whenever enough people online at 5PM Server Time everyday
I myself have played this game/expansion in warmane/molten since the launch
Here are few of my personal achievements:
5 Man Ragnaros Heroic
5 Man Ryholtih Heroic
Molten Alliance first Deathwing HC (second overall)
and quite a bit more

Able to speak or type in English
You have intrest in PvE
Have Discord
You are playing Alliance
Preferably more than one character at max level
Atleast 500 in two primary professions
Gear above 370 ilvl
Hearthstone in Dalaran or Shattarah
Correctly talented, you might have to change them on invitation
Correctly glyphed, you might have to change them on invitation
Correctly gemmed, you might have to change them on invitation
Correctly enchanted, you might have to change them on invitation
Correctly reforged, you might have to change them on invitation
Have gold or resources to buy/craft your own flask, food and potions
Basic understanding what is debuff, buff, raid group, stack, spread, kiting and soaking
You are expected to have a wired keyboard and a wired mouse

Mature Behaviour
You will not be judged on someones past experiance with you in a diffrent guild
Do not be afraid to ask or step out for calls
If you do not like anything, please speak up
Demand advice about your characterr if you are unsure
Guild doesnt represent itself as a solo member
Only heroic raids
During a group guild event no slacking & afking without a reason
You will not join a raid without filling the requirements on your alts
You will have to be in the voice communication the whole duration of the raid
If a raid is scheduled you will be online 15 minutes before the raid begins or you might not get the spot
Your rank will give you priority to enter the raid, raid composition will still be considered
Invitations will go out in following order: Tank > Healer > DPS
FL Heroic 370+, Dragon Soul Heroic 390+
Guild raid will last for 3 hours, notify if you have less
You will notify when you have to go AFK
You will notify if your system or network has a problem
You can ask for a 5 minute break after an hour has passed
You are expected to be back 1 minute before a break ends
Loot is given on DKP system
Tanks and healers will be given priority loot
Your DKP is displayed on officer note of your main character
Your DKP is shared between all of your characters
Bidding works on MS > OS > ALT priority
Your DKP will decrease 5% each month
You will gain 10 DKP for joining the guild
Making mistakes may affect your DKP in a negative way
Each boss slain awards you 5 DKP
Minimum bid for an item is 5 DKP
to bid, simply type in the raid chat "x MS" "x OS" "x ALT" , x represents numeric value
Cunning will not be given to mages
Dks have priority on bonelink
Expertise finger will not be given to hunters
BoE-s will be given out for 15 DKP or sold for consumables
