MoP with WoD Models?

hi, i have a simple question, there are a way to play with models and animations from Wod in Frostwolf ?(MoP server)

As you can read on that guide you need to have a full 5.4.8 client, not an old 5.4.2 with only "wow.exe" from 5.4.8
