Worgen Starting Zone Quest Bugged

The Quest: Lockdown! from the Worgen Starting Zone Questlines, the quest giver Prince Liam Greymane sends us to find the NPC Lieutenant Walden but he is not there, I would appreciate some help here, either auto finish the Worgen Starting Zone Questline and send me to Darnassus or Stormwind with my racial abilities unlocked or something else.
I tried re-logging and remaking my character more than once, please help!

Hello :D They can not auto complete the quest line. It needs to be fixed to progress.

You are correct the Npc Lieutenant Walden is missing to complete the Quest Lockdown to progress. I posted this Major issue on the Bug Report.
